신의 뜻대로 살기

Dr. Hawkins says it is a matter of intention. 

호킨스 박사님께서는 그것은 지향의 문제라고 말씀하셨습니다.

 

If it is your intention to live by God's will, and you continue to pray for that, you will gradually be living by God's will.  
만약 당신의 지향이 신의 의지에 의해 살아가는 것이고 당신이 그것을 위하여 계속 기도한다면, 당신은 점차 신의 뜻대로 살게 될 것입니다.

 

Meanwhile, you still have to live your life and do the best you can when making decisions.  
그러는 동안, 당신은 여전히 당신의 삶을 살아야 하고, 결정을 내릴 때는 할 수 있는 최선을 다해야 합니다. 

 

However, things may occur to you to do, and since you have prayed for God's will in the matter, you will more and more be doing God's will.  
해야 할 일들이 생겨나겠지만, 그 일 속에 있는 신의 뜻을 구하고자 기도했기 때문에, 당신은 점점 더 신의 뜻대로 행하게 될 것입니다.

It's not like the voice of God comes to you and says, "This is my will!"  
그것은 당신에게 와서 "이것이 내 뜻이다." 라고 말하는 신의 목소리 같은 것이 아닙니다.

But your life will gradually turn to the direction of doing God's will, with the lessening of your personal will, if that is your intention.  
그러나 비록 그것이 당신의 뜻이라 하더라도 당신 몫은 줄어들면서 당신의 삶은 점점 더 신의 의지를 행하는 쪽으로 바뀌게 될 것입니다.

 
You have to go on and make decisions.  
당신은 계속 결정을 해야 할 겁니다. 

 

If you want to study English literature, that is fine!  
만약 당신이 영문학을 공부하길 원한다면, 그대로 좋습니다!

 

Everyone has to make a choice as to what to study or how to earn a living.  
누구나 무엇을 공부할지, 어떻게 돈을 벌지 선택해야 합니다.

 

It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you are being in integrity. 

당신이 성(誠)을 준수하는 한, 무엇을 하는가는 중요하지 않습니다. 

 

Being a servant, you still have to make choices.  
설혹 종이라 하더라도, 당신은 여전히 선택을 해야 합니다.

But you ask what God's meaning in life is for you, and gradually things will occur to you to do in a natural way.
그러나 당신 삶의 의미가 무엇인지를 신께 물으면 해야 할 일들은 점점 더 자연스럽게 다가올 것입니다. 

 

It's okay; don't torment yourself over it. It's intention and prayer, and asking for guidance.  Meanwhile, live your life!
괜찮습니다. 그것 때문에 괴로워하지 마세요. 지향하고 기도하고 그리고 안내를 구하십시오. 그러면서 살아 가세요!
